SUB Seeking Applicants for Upcoming Position 3 Vacancy
May 13 Executive Sessions, Special Work Session, Regular Board Meeting, and Special Meeting
The Springfield Utility Board will meet in a non-public executive session on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. pursuant to ORS 40.225, ORS 192.660(2)(a), ORS 192.660(2)(f), and ORS 192.660(2)(h). Members of the public are invited to attend the special work session on May 13, in person or remotely. Please Note: Public comments are not heard during special work sessions. The Board will then hold its regular board meeting at 6:00 p.m. on May 13. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend. The Board also plans to meet in a non-public executive session, at approximately 7:00 p.m., immediately following the conclusion of the 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting. The executive session will be held pursuant to ORS 40.225, ORS 192.660(2)(a), ORS 192.660(2)(f), and ORS 192.660(2)(h). The Board also plans to hold a special meeting, if needed, immediately following the conclusion of the 7:00 p.m. executive session. The purpose of this session is for potential Board action following executive session.
