Board Meetings

Regular & Special Session Board Meetings

The best way to become involved in your utility is to attend Springfield Utility Board (SUB) board meetings. These meetings are held at:

  • 6 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month
  • SUB’s board room, located at 223 A Street, Suite F (across the street from SUB’s main office at 250 A Street in downtown Springfield)

Public Participation

The public is welcome and encouraged to attend. You may download the agenda and packet of the next meeting of the Springfield Utility Board by going to our Agendas & Minutes page.

Public participation in regular SUB Board meetings and special sessions will be held via instructions noted on each month’s Board Agenda as well as in person at SUB’s board room.

Citizen Advisory Committees

In addition, ratepayers can serve on Citizen Advisory Committees, where board members meet with ratepayers to hear their thoughts on specific utility issues. SUB will notify the public if a specific committee is being formed to discuss a utility issue.
