Residential Electric Service Construction Request Form (PDF) – Please return this form completed and signed to SUB’s Electric Service Center.

  2. Typical Joint Trench Detail #FF11DE64 (1-page) (PDF): Guide for trench proximity to property lines and existing or planned utility/communication facilities as well as the orientation of utility/communication conduits within a joint trench.
  3. Secondary Junction Box Entrance ESD0075 (1-page) (PDF): Guide for the installation of secondary junction boxes and orientation of conduits entering them.
