Notice of Executive Sessions of SUB Board

The Springfield Utility Board plans to meet in a non-public executive session at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, pursuant to ORS 40.225 and ORS 192.660(2)(i): attorney-client privilege; and to review and evaluate the employment-related performance of the General Manager.

The Springfield Utility Board will also meet in a non-public executive session on Wednesday, April 10, at approximately 7:30 p.m., immediately following the conclusion of the 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting. This executive session will be held pursuant to ORS 40.225, ORS 192.660(2)(e), and ORS 192.660(2)(f), and ORS 192.660(2)(i): attorney-client privilege; to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions; to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection, including written advice from attorneys; and to review and evaluate the employment-related performance of the General Manager.

The public is invited and encouraged to join the regular board meeting in-person or remotely via phone or internet. Members of the public wishing to address the Board will be prompted during Business from the Audience portion of the meeting to share input to the Board. An agenda will be available on the website at www.subutil.com with instructions to join prior to the meeting. Public comment may also be submitted in advance by using the email link provided on the agenda, by Noon April 10. The meetings will be held in SUB’s Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street in Springfield.
