The Springfield Utility Board plans to meet in a non-public executive session at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, pursuant to ORS 40.225 and ORS 192.660(2)(i): attorney-client privilege; and to review and evaluate the employment-related performance of the General Manager.
The Springfield Utility Board will also meet in a non-public executive session on Wednesday, March 13, at approximately 7:30 p.m., immediately following the conclusion of the 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting. This executive session will be held pursuant to ORS 40.225, ORS 192.660(2)(e), and ORS 192.660(2)(f): attorney-client privilege; to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions; and to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection, including written advice from attorneys.
The meetings will be offered as hybrid meetings and will be held in SUB’s Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street in Springfield.
