The Springfield Utility Board will hold a public hearing regarding a request for Special Procurement for utilizing design-build solicitation for a control enclosure in Glenwood. The Special Procurement is an exception to the competitive bidding requirements pursuant to ORS 279A, 279B, and 279C and certain Findings specified in ORS 279C.335 are made.
