The Springfield Utility Board plans to hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, during its 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting on proposed Resolution 23-1, approving amendment to Springfield Utility Board Policy Chapter 7 – Customer Service to provide for adjustments to customer service fees and charges, backflow testing service fee, with a proposed effective date of February 1, 2023, as well as a approving a customer ACH payment discount.
Members of the public are invited to join the public hearing during the regular board meeting in-person or via phone or internet, and will be prompted during the public hearing to share input to the Board. An agenda will be available on the website at www.subutil.com with instructions to join prior to the meeting. Public comment may also be submitted in advance by Noon on January 11, to be entered into the record by using the email link provided on the agenda.
