The Springfield Utility Board will hold a public hearing regarding a request for Special Procurement for utilizing design-build solicitation for a control enclosure in Glenwood. The Special Procurement is an exception to the competitive bidding requirements pursuant to ORS 279A, 279B, and 279C and certain Findings specified in ORS 279C.335 are made.
The Board will consider all comments made by members of the public at a public hearing to be held during the special meeting of the Board on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. The Board may take action to adopt Resolution 22-3, approving the request for Special Procurement.
The special meeting will begin at approximately 5:00 p.m. in SUB’s Board Meeting Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street in Springfield. Members of the public are invited to attend this meeting in-person or remotely.
An agenda will be available prior to the meeting with instructions to join remotely on SUB’s website at www.subutil.com. Public comment may also be submitted in advance by Noon on May 24, to be entered into the record by using the email link provided on the agenda.
