The Springfield Utility Board (SUB) plans to meet in a non-public executive session on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at 5 p.m., pursuant to ORS 40.225, ORS 192.660(2)(f), and ORS 192.660(2)(h); attorney-client privilege; to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public disclosure, including written advice from attorneys; to consult with counsel concerning legal rights and duties with regard to pending or potential litigation.
Members of SUB’s legal counsel have also scheduled a special session with the Board to offer training on ethics and public records. This meeting is to commence at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, immediately following the closure of the 6 p.m. regular Board meeting. Please note that the Board does not hear comments during special sessions.
SUB Board meetings are currently offered as hybrid meetings in its Board Meeting Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street in Springfield, and limited seating may be available. Members of the public are invited to join this special session via phone or internet in audio-only mode. An agenda will be available on the SUB’s website, prior to the meeting, with instructions to join.
