The Springfield Utility Board plans to hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, during its 6:00 p.m. regular Board meeting on proposed Disclaimer and Release of Interest for Easements.
To vacate easements set forth in instruments recorded on: November 10, 2021 at County recording number 2021-071122, 2021-071123, 2021-071124, and 2021-071225, Lane County Official Records, Lane County, Oregon, said instruments being easements from Habitat for Humanity of Central Lane to the City of Springfield acting by and through the Springfield Utility Board.
Members of the public are invited to join the meeting remotely via phone or internet, or in-person in SUB's Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street in Springfield. Prior to the meeting, the agenda will be available on SUB’s website at www.subutil.com with instructions to join remotely. Public comment may also be submitted to the Board in advance by Noon on July 13, to be entered into the record by using the email link provided on the agenda.
