Special Session Board Meeting, if Needed, Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Delay to Effective Date for Electric Rate Increase
The Springfield Utility Board plans to hold a special session board meeting, if there is a need, on Friday, April 10, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. A public hearing will be held during this meeting to allow public comment on a proposed modification to delay the effective date of the approved electric rate increase. Following public hearings and consideration of public input, the Board may take action by Resolution of the Board.
The public is encouraged to join the special session/public hearing via conference call via the following instructions:

- When prompted, enter the conference ACCESS CODE: 483933, followed by the # key
- Please consider muting your phone to block any background noise, (unless speaking to the Board during the allowed time)
The public will also have access to the special session and public hearing at 4SUB’s Board Room, located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street, Springfield. Please be aware there is limited space in this meeting room and Six Feet Social Distancing will be Required. Equipment will be sanitized between each individual public comment.
