SUB’s Board of Directors has scheduled a special board meeting Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to allow a public listening session for the Board to receive public input about the recent ice storm and SUB’s emergency response.
Comments may be delivered in-person during the meeting in SUB’s Board Room, located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street in Springfield.
Participants may also join the meeting remotely to share comments via the phone or internet. Please use our GoToMeeting link, which can be found here: www.subutil.com/icestorm-comments. Participants may also submit comments in writing using our website comment form, also located at the link above. The online form is open until 5:00 p.m. February 7, 2024.
To ensure everyone has an opportunity to speak, in-person and online, participant input during the meeting is limited to 3 minutes. All comments will become part of the assessment of SUB’s response to the recent ice storm and will help the utility formulate an action plan.
