The Springfield Utility Board plans to hold two non-public executive sessions pursuant to ORS 40.225, ORS 192.660(2)(d), ORS 192.660(2)(f), and ORS 192.660(2)(h); attorney-client privilege, to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations, to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection, and to consult with counsel concerning legal rights and duties with regard to pending or potential litigation.
These executive sessions will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at 5:00 p.m., prior to the 6:00 p.m. regular Board meeting, and at approximately 7:30 p.m., or immediately following the conclusion of the regular board meeting. The meetings will be offered as hybrid meetings in SUB’s Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street in Springfield.
