The Springfield Utility Board plans to hold its Board Retreat Work Session on Saturday, October 28, 2023, and is to commence at 8:00 a.m. The purpose of the Retreat Work Session is to allow an update on SUB's Mission, Vision, and Values; discussion on Board Vacancy Process; 2023 Goals Update; and a discussion on Goals for 2024. Please note that the Board does not hear public comment during retreat work sessions.
The Springfield Utility Board also plans to hold a Special Meeting on Saturday, October 28, at approximately 12:00 p.m. immediately following the conclusion of the Retreat Work Session. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to allow the Board an opportunity to take action on a Resolution of Appreciation for service to the Board.
Members of the public are invited to join the meetings in-person or remotely via phone or internet. Instructions to join remotely will be available prior to the meetings on the agenda posted on SUB’s website at www.subutil.com under Board Meetings. The meetings will be held in SUB’s Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street in Springfield.
