What changed
- Convenient links to secure portals were added to the Log in page
- A new landing pagewas added to help you accomplish the most popular tasks
- A new explainer pagewas added with detailed descriptions of the different types of accounts
- Downloadable files are easier to find on the Documents and forms page
What didn’t change
- Your secure portal for FSA, HRA, and Transportation benefits remains at Consumer.PacificSource.com, with no changes to that website
- Your secure login for your COBRA account remains at PacificSource.com, with no changes to that website
- You’ll continue to receive the exceptional customer service you’ve come to expect from PacificSource Administrators, Inc.
