Microsoft Exchange (email)
Nearly all Outlook profiles have been moved to the cloud. The migration so far has been successful, but please contact Bruce if you are experiencing any issues with Outlook.
Phone System Replacement
10 vendors expressed intent to bid and proposals from vendors are due June 12th. We will have a team of stakeholders review the proposals and target to select vendor finalists by June 26th. Vendor finalists will give demos of their systems in July.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
We have a draft of the RFP in progress and a list of 2,090 requirements to review. Meetings with internal stakeholders have been scheduled throughout the month of June to collaborate and ensure the requirements fit our needs. We are still aiming to post the RFP by end of June.
GIS Strategy Initiative
We are working to create a realistic timeline and clear path forward for GIS implementation at ESC.
Everbridge Notifications
We are moving Tree Trimming notifications from Milsoft to Everbridge soon, and this will allow us to send text messages in addition to phone call notifications.
SUB Mobile App Payment Arrangements
After going live with Online Payment Arrangements in October 2025, we’ve been working with PCS to implement the option for Payment Arrangements on the Mobile app, and this is expected be live soon.
Team Member Transitions
