The Springfield Utility Board plans to hold a virtual special work session for further discussions regarding a Board Retreat Work Session and General Manager Performance Evaluation. This meeting will commence at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, prior to the 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting. This is an open session; however, the Board does not receive public input during work sessions.

SUB’s Board of Directors also plan to hold an executive session on Wednesday, May 12, pursuant to ORS 40.225, ORS 192.660(2)(e), ORS 192.660(2)(f), and ORS 192.660(2)(h); attorney-client privilege, to deliberate with persons designated to negotiate real property transactions, to consider information exempt from public inspection, and to consult with counsel regarding pending or potential litigation. This is a non-public session and will commence at approximately 7:30 p.m., after the closure of the 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting.

The Springfield Utility Board also plans to hold a special meeting, if needed, on May 12, and is planned to commence at approximately 8:00 p.m., following the conclusion of the 7:30 p.m. executive session. The purpose of this special meeting is to allow any potential Board action, following executive session. This meeting is open to the public.
