The Springfield Utility Board plans to hold an executive session on Wednesday, August 12, 2020, pursuant to ORS 40.225, ORS 192.660(2)(e), and ORS 192.660(2)(h); attorney-client privilege, to deliberate with persons designated to negotiate real property transactions, and to discuss potential litigation. This meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. immediately following the 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting. This will be held as a virtual meeting and is closed to the public.

The Springfield Utility Board will also hold a special session, immediately following the 7:30 p.m. executive session, on Wednesday, August 12, at approximately 8:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to allow the Board time for any further discussion and/or action as related to property, if needed. The public may attend the regular board meeting and the special session virtually, via phone or internet, by following instructions that will be available on SUB’s website prior to the meeting.

Due to COVID-19 precautions and to ensure safe public meetings, these meetings will be held as virtual meetings, and the public is encouraged to join the regular board meeting and the special session via phone or internet, by following instructions that will be available on SUB’s website prior to the meetings.
