The Springfield Utility Board plans to hold a special meeting on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, 6:15 – 7:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to appoint a new Board member to Position No. 4, administer oath of office to SUB’s new Board member, and to allow time for an update on downtown infrastructure. This meeting will be held in SUB’s Board Room, located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street, Suite F, in Springfield.
Members of the public are invited to join this special meeting in-person or remotely, via phone or internet, and will be prompted during Business from the Audience portion of the meeting to share input to the Board. Instructions to join remotely will be posted on the agenda prior to the meeting on SUB’s website at www.subutil.com. The public may submit public comment in advance to be entered into the record, by dropping off comment at the main office or via email, by Noon, August 7, by using the email link provided on the agenda.
