Notice of Staff Request for Public Improvement Contract Specification

The Springfield Utility Board will consider a staff request for a public improvement contract specification on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, during the 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting. The contract specification is an exception to the normal requirements of ORS 279C.345(1). This contract specification is for the purpose of selecting a membrane filtration system with Pall Corporation for SUB’s McKenzie Water Treatment Plant. The Board may take action on the staff request for public improvement contract specification.

Members of the public are invited to join the regular board meeting remotely via phone or internet, or in-person in SUB's Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street, Springfield. Instructions to join remotely will be available on the agenda posted to SUB’s website, prior to the meeting. The public will be prompted for comment at the appropriate time during the meeting. The public may also submit public comment in advance, to be entered into the record, via the email link provided on the agenda by Noon on March 8.
