The Springfield Utility Board plans to hold a special work session at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. The purpose of this session is to allow time for further discussion on the 448 Main Street project and, if time, other utility related items. Please note that the Board does not hear public comments during work sessions.
The Board also plans to meet in a non-public executive session on Wednesday, December 11, at approximately 7:30 p.m., immediately following the conclusion of the 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting. This executive session will be held pursuant to ORS 40.225 and ORS 192.660(2)(f): attorney-client privilege; and to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection, including written advice from attorneys.
Members of the public are invited to join the 5:00 p.m. special work session and the 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting in-person or remotely via phone or internet. Instructions to join remotely will be posted on the agenda prior to the meeting on SUB’s website at www.subutil.com under Board Meetings. The meetings will be held in SUB’s Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street in Springfield.
