Elected officials and staff of Rainbow Water District (Rainbow) and Springfield Utility Board (SUB) plan to hold a Joint Work Session on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. The meeting is to commence at 5:45 p.m. and will be held in the Heron Room at Willamalane’s Bob Keefer Center located at 250 South 32nd Street in Springfield.
The purpose of this Joint Work Session is for Rainbow Board of Commissioners and SUB Board of Directors to hold presentations on upcoming Rainbow and SUB projects, to hold discussions on Mutual Aid Agreement and next steps for future meetings. A quorum may be present for each Board; however, no action will be taken by either entity at any point during the Joint Work Session.
Members of the public are invited to join the Work Session in person or remotely via phone or internet by using the remote link below. The remote link will also be included on the agenda that will be posted prior to the Rainbow/SUB Joint Work Session on SUB’s website at www.subutil.com and on Rainbow’s website at www.rwdonline.net. Please note that public comment is not heard during work sessions.
