The Springfield Utility Board plans to hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, during its 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting on proposed Resolution 24-2, approving amendment to Springfield Utility Board Policy Chapter 7, Section 10 – Customer Service Fees and Charges, to provide for a proposed adjustment to backflow test billing service fee, with a proposed effective date of February 14, 2024.
Members of the public are invited to join the public hearing during the regular board meeting in-person or via phone or internet, and will be prompted during the public hearing to share input to the Board. An agenda will be available on the website at www.subutil.com with instructions to join prior to the meeting. Public comment may also be submitted in advance by using the email link provided on the agenda, by Noon February 14.
