The Springfield Utility Board plans to meet in a non-public executive session at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, pursuant to ORS 40.225, ORS 192.660(2)(e), ORS 192.660(2)(f), ORS 192.660(2)(h) and ORS 192.660(2)(i): attorney-client privilege; to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions; to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection, including written advice from attorneys; to consult with counsel concerning legal rights and duties with regard to pending or potential litigation; and to further review and evaluate the employment-related performance of the General Manager.
This meeting will be offered as a hybrid meeting and will be held in SUB’s Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street in Springfield.
