The Springfield Utility Board plans to meet in a non-public executive session at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, pursuant to ORS 40.225, ORS 192.660(2)(f), and ORS 192.660(2)(i): attorney-client privilege; to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection, including written advice from attorneys; and to review and evaluate the employment-related performance of the General Manager.
The Springfield Utility Board will also hold a public special work session, if needed, on March 4, at approximately 5:30 p.m., immediately following the conclusion of the 4:00 p.m. executive session. The purpose of this open session is to allow any potential Board action following the executive session. Please note that the Board does not hear public comment during work sessions.
The meetings will be offered as hybrid meetings and will be held in SUB’s Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street in Springfield. A detailed agenda, including instructions to join the open session meeting remotely will be posted prior to the meetings on SUB’s website at www.subutil.com under Board Meetings.
