This meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, and shall commence at 5 p.m.

The Board also plans to hold a public special work session if time allows, on Wednesday, January 12 and will commence at approximately 5:30 p.m., following the conclusion of the 5:00 p.m. executive session, and prior to its 6 p.m. regularly scheduled Board meeting on January 12. The purpose of this special work session is to discuss infrastructure in downtown Springfield. Members of the public are invited to join this open session. Please note the Board does not hear public input during work sessions. If time does not allow this meeting to occur, then this topic will be discussed during the regular Board meeting, and this special work session will be canceled by Board consensus.

These meetings will be offered remotely and in person in SUB’s Board Meeting Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street in Springfield. To ensure safe public meetings, SUB continues to follow current and up-to-date COVID precautions. Please be aware there may be limited in-person access available during the open special work session and regular Board meetings.

Members of the public may join the 5:30 p.m. special work session and the 6 p.m. regular Board meeting remotely via phone or internet. The public may offer comments to the Board at the regular Board meeting and will be prompted to share comments during the Business from the Audience portion of the meeting.

Instructions to join will be available prior to the meetings on the agenda posted on SUB’s website. Public comment may also be submitted to the Board in advance by using the email link provided on the agenda, by Noon on January 12, to be entered into the record.
