The Springfield Utility Board plans to meet in a non-public executive session on Friday, January 5, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. The executive session will be held pursuant to ORS 40.225, ORS 192.660(2)(e) and ORS 192.660(2)(f): attorney-client privilege; to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions; and to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection, including written advice from attorneys. The meeting will be held in SUB’s Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street in Springfield.
