The Springfield Utility Board (SUB) plans to hold a non-public executive session pursuant to ORS 40.225, ORS 192.660(2)(f), and ORS 192.660(2)(h); attorney-client privilege; to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public disclosure, including written advice from attorneys; and to consult with counsel concerning legal rights and duties with regard to pending or potential litigation. This meeting will commence at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, prior to the 6 p.m. regular board meeting.
Members of the public are encouraged to join the 6 p.m. regular board meeting remotely via phone or the internet. Instructions to join remotely will be available on the agenda posted on SUB’s website prior to the meeting. Public comment may also be submitted to the Board in advance by using the email link provided on the agenda, by Noon on February 9, to be entered into the record.
