The Springfield Utility Board plans to meet in executive session on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, pursuant to ORS 40.225, ORS 192.660(2)(i), and ORS 192.660(2)(e); attorney-client privilege, to review the General Manager performance evaluation for 2019, and to deliberate with persons designated to negotiate real property transactions. The executive session is closed to the public.
Following the 5:00 p.m. executive session, SUB’s regular board meeting will begin at approximately 6:00 p.m. and will hold a public hearing, during Business from the Board, on a proposal to increase electric rates.
The Springfield Utility Board will then meet in executive session pursuant to ORS 40.225, ORS 192.660(2)(e), and ORS 192.660(2)(f); attorney-client privilege, to deliberate with persons designated to negotiate real property transactions, and to consider information exempt by law from public inspection on Wednesday, February 12, at approximately 7:30 p.m., immediately following the regular board meeting. The executive session is closed to the public.
SUB’s Board also plans to meet in a special session to discuss property issues and any potential Board action following the 7:30 p.m. executive session on Wednesday, February 12. This meeting will begin at approximately 8:00 p.m. if needed. The special session is open to the public.
These meetings will take place in SUB’s Board Meeting Room at 223 A Street, Suite F, Springfield, Oregon.
