The Springfield Utility Board hereby issues public notice that it will hold a public hearing on a proposed Resolution approving an extension of a contract specific special procurement for electric distribution transformers.
The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, during the 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting in SUB’s Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street in Springfield, Oregon.
Members of the public are invited to join the public hearing in-person or remotely via phone or internet, and will be prompted during the public hearing to share input to the Board. An agenda will be available prior to the meeting on the website under Board Meetings with instructions to join remotely. Public comment may also be submitted in advance by Noon on August 9, to be entered into the record by using the email link provided on the agenda.
Copies of the proposed Resolution and supporting material will be available for public review prior to the public hearing. They may be reviewed at SUB’s Main Office at 250 A Street, Springfield, Oregon, or by visiting SUB’s website at www.subutil.com.
