The Springfield Utility Board approved a staff request for a Special Procurement at its regular Board meeting that was held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. This meeting was offered remotely and in-person in SUB’s Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street, Suite F, in Springfield. This Special Procurement is for the purpose of entering into a contract, or series of contracts, with K&B Technical Solutions for National Electric Safety Code (NESC) Detailed Inspections of utility poles.
Affected persons shall have seven (7) days from the date of this notice of approval to protest the Special Procurement.
