The Springfield Utility Board adopted Resolution 22-4, Approving a Contract Specific Special Procurement for Electric Transformers during a special meeting of the Board that was held at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 24, 2022. This meeting was offered remotely and in-person in SUB’s Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street in Springfield. The Special Procurement is an exception to the normal requirements for competitive bidding pursuant to ORS 279B.055, ORS 279B.060, 279b.065, or 279b.070 are met and certain Findings specified in ORS 279B.085(4) are made.
Affected persons shall have seven (7) days from the date of this Notice of Approval of the Special Procurement to protest the Special Procurement.
