The Springfield Utility Board approved a staff request for Sole Source Procurement at its regular Board meeting that was held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 8, 2023. This meeting was offered remotely and in-person in SUB’s Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street, in Springfield. The Sole Source Procurement is for the purchase of Allen Bradley Products provided by North Coast Electric Company for upgrades to SUB’s Slow Sand Filtration Plant control system.
Affected persons shall have seven (7) days from the date of this public notice of approval to protest the Sole Source Procurement.
