EXECUTIVE SESSION, at approximately 4:00 PM
The Springfield Utility Board plans to meet in a non-public executive session at approximately 4:00 p.m. pursuant to ORS 40.225, ORS 192.660(2)(a), ORS 192.660(2)(e), ORS 192.660(2)(f), and ORS 192.660(2)(h): attorney-client privilege; to consider the employment of a public officer, employee, staff member, or individual agent; to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions; to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection, including written advice from attorneys; and to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.

The Board will hold a special meeting immediately following the conclusion of the 7:00 pm executive session. The purpose of this meeting is for potential board action following executive session, and for discussion of utility issues. The Board may cancel this meeting, if not needed.
