EXECUTIVE SESSION ¨ approximately 7:30 PM, if needed

The Springfield Utility Board will meet in a non-public executive session, if needed, at approximately 7:30 p.m., immediately following the conclusion of the 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting. The executive session will be held pursuant to ORS 40.225, ORS 192.660 (2)(e), and ORS 192.660(2)(h): attorney-client privilege; to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions, and to consult with counsel concerning legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to pending or potential litigation.  If this meeting is not needed, it may be canceled.

Members of the public are invited and encouraged to attend the 4:00 p.m. special work session and the 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting in person or remotely.
