The Springfield Utility Board will meet in a non-public executive session pursuant to ORS 40.225 and ORS 192.660(2)(a): attorney-client privilege; and to consider the employment of a public officer, employee, staff member, or individual agent on Monday, February 16, 2026. The executive session will commence at 3:30 p.m.
The executive session will be held remotely and in-person in SUB’s Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street, Suite F, in Springfield.
