EXECUTIVE SESSION - approximately 7:00 PM

The Springfield Utility Board will meet in a non-public executive session, at approximately 7:00 p.m., immediately following the conclusion of the 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting. The executive session will be held pursuant to ORS 40.225, ORS 192.660 (2)(a), ORS 192.660 (2)(d), ORS 192.660 (2)(e), and ORS 192.660(2)(h): attorney-client privilege; to consider the employment of a public officer, employee, staff member, or individual agent; to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations; to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions; and to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.

Members of the public are invited and encouraged to attend the 4:00 p.m. special work session and the 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting in person or remotely.
