The Springfield Utility Board plans to meet in a non-public executive session at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, pursuant to ORS 40.225, ORS 192.660(2)(e), ORS 192.660(2)(f), and ORS 192.660(2)(h): attorney-client privilege; to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions; to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection, including written advice from attorneys; and to consult with counsel concerning legal rights and duties with regard to pending or potential litigation.
The Board will also hold a second non-public executive session, if needed, on Wednesday, December 13, at approximately 7:30 p.m., immediately following the conclusion of the 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting. This executive session will be held pursuant to ORS 40.225, ORS 192.660(2)(e), ORS 192.660(2)(f), and ORS 192.660(2)(h): attorney-client privilege; to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions; to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection, including written advice from attorneys; and to consult with counsel concerning legal rights and duties with regard to pending or potential litigation.
These meetings will be held in SUB’s Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street in Springfield.
