The Springfield Utility Board has canceled a 5:00 p.m. Special Work Session on Ethics Review that was to be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2023. Ethics will now be reviewed during the 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting.
The Board now plans to meet in a non-public executive session at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14. The executive session will be held pursuant to ORS 40.225, ORS 192.660(2)(f), ORS 192.660(2)(h), and ORS 192.660(2)(i): attorney-client privilege; to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection, including written advice from attorneys; to consult with counsel concerning legal rights and duties with regard to pending or potential litigation; and to review and evaluate the employment-related performance of the General Manager.
