The Springfield Utility Board plans to meet in a non-public executive session on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. pursuant to ORS 40.225 and ORS 192.660(2)(f): attorney-client privilege and to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection, including written advice from attorneys.
The executive session will be held in SUB’s Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street, Suite F, in Springfield.
