The Springfield Utility Board hereby issues public notice, pursuant to ORS 223.304 (7), of its intent to consider changes in its Water System Development Charges (SDC).
If adopted, the proposed Water SDC methodology will go into effect for all applicable permits applied for on or after October 1, 2023.
Implementation of the proposed methodology consists of two separate components:

- A technical report addressing the methodology and calculation of the potential charges will be available for review no later than: April 12, 2023 at the following location: 250 A Street, Springfield, Oregon 97477. The report will also be posted on the website at www.subutil.com: Water SDC Methodology Report.
- The Springfield Utility Board will hold a public hearing on June 14, 2023, regarding the proposed Resolution adopting a water SDC methodology, project list and schedule of charges. If you wish to comment but cannot attend the public hearing, please address written comments “ATTN BOARD” and include your Name, Address, and Comment. </li>
