Springfield Utility Board’s RFP (Request for Proposal) Task Force plans to hold two separate meetings; one on Monday, August 11, 2025, and another on Tuesday, August 12. Both meetings will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in SUB’s Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street, Suite F, in Springfield.
The purpose of these meetings is to interview potential consultants for executive recruitment search firm services, as part of the RFP process related to the general manager hiring process.
The Task Force consists of SUB Board members and staff. A quorum of the Board may be present; however, no formal action will be taken by the Board at any time during the meetings.
