The Springfield Utility Board plans to hold a public hearing on proposed Resolution 26-11, approving amendment to Chapter 7 – Customer Service of the Springfield Utility Board policies to provide for adjustments to customer service fees and charges. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, during the 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting in SUB’s Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street in Springfield.
Members of the public are invited and encouraged to attend the public hearing and share public testimony during the regular board meeting in-person, or remotely via phone or internet, and will be prompted during the public hearing to share input to the Board. An agenda will be available prior to the meeting on the website at www.subutil.com under Agendas & Minutes with instructions to join. Public comment may also be submitted in advance by using the email link provided on the agenda by Noon on October 14.
