REPORTS TO:
Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Supervisor

BARGAINING UNIT:
IBEW Local 659

STATUS/HOURS:
Non-Exempt / Union / Full-Time / 40 hours a week / M - F / 8:00 – 5:00

HOURLY RANGE:
CSA – 1st  six months   $18.76/hr
CSA – 2nd six months   $19.66/hr
CSA – 3rd  six months   $20.67/hr
Steps to CSA 2 and CSA 3 are based on satisfactory performance and reaching the required hours

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one-year recent direct customer service experience
  • Minimum one-year recent cashiering experience
  • Minimum two years’ experience and proficiency with personal computers
  • High phone volume and in-person customer contact
  • Accurate keyboarding - minimum of 40 words per minute by touch
