- Design and construct water facilities to SUB’s standards, and comply with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR), Oregon Revised Statues (ORS) and any other State or City regulations.
- Perform water plan reviews and provide final water plan approvals.
- Provide field inspections of all water facility installations prior to final backfill or placement.
- Provide and construct water connection point(s) tied to SUB’s live water system.
- Participate in final waterline testing and procedures.
- Flow fire hydrants and submit reports to the Fire Marshal.
- Install the water meter once property owner requests water service.
