If the light belongs to the City of Springfield, please be aware that the City of Springfield is in the midst of an LED street light replacement project. The project team is currently troubleshooting and repairing lights that are not functioning as expected. Additionally, the January 2024 ice storm caused extensive damage to the street light system, and repairs are currently being evaluated. There are approximately 200 lights that were damaged by the storm and in need of repair. Due to the number of damaged lights and the extremely long lead times on some repair parts, it may take several months for some repairs to be completed. The project team has received this submittal and it is being tracked for repair.
If the light is not a City street light, SUB will process this repair as part of our normal maintenance.
