Did you inspect your home for damaged electrical equipment?
If there has been damage to your weatherhead, mast or meter box, SUB can’t reconnect your power until it has been repaired due to fire risk and other hazards. Contact an electrician to make repairs.
If there is damage, your electrician has special emergency privileges to make repairs.

Did you check your breaker box?
Once power is restored, go to your electric panel and find the master breaker. Turn it all the way off and all the way on. If that doesn’t fix the problem, turn them all off and on again. Some may look like they are off but they’re actually in a middle position.
And if one side of the street has power and another doesn’t, it’s likely that the different areas are on different parts of our system, with one cleared for power, and the other requiring more work.
