We have reports that the Chrome browser is not always compatible with the payment vendor’s interface.
If you have an issue:
Try another browser, like Firefox, Edge or Safari. This almost always resolves any problems.
If you prefer, you can try one or all of these methods:
Disable Chrome extensions:
Go to the Three-dot menu | More Tools | Extensions and then click the toggle buttons to disable each extension listed.
Clear browsing data:
Go to the Three-dot menu | More Tools | Clear browsing data
Include “Cookies and other site data” from the list of options.
Change the Time Range to “All Time”
Use an Incognito browsing window:
Go to the Three-dot menu | New Incognito Window
Go to www.subutil.com
Click on the “Pay My Bill” link
Make sure Chrome is using the latest version:
Go to the Three-dot menu | Help | About Google Chrome
