SUB offers several convenient payment methods:

• Use Auto Pay

Auto Pay is a program that allows customers to automatically pay their bill from a designated bank account without writing a check or leaving home. Enrollment is free, and beginning March 23rd until further notice, customers who enroll their account will receive a $10 credit on their bill.

In addition, any customer enrolled in AutoPay before March 23rd has been automatically entered into a random drawing for one of fifty $10 credits. Recipients will be notified by mail by the end of April.

*Please note there is a limit of one $10 credit per new account enrollment.

• By Mail
Send your check or money order, made out to Springfield Utility Board, to SUB, P.O. Box 300, Springfield, OR 97477 (or use the pre-addressed envelope provided with your statement).

• At a Drop Box

Put your check or money order, made out to Springfield Utility Board, in one of these conveniently located drop boxes around Springfield (please put your account number and address on the check or money order):

• Drive Up Kiosk
Customers who need to pay a bill and are paying with cash, check or money order are welcome to use SUB’s convenient drive up kiosk during office hours, located at our main office (payments using debit cards and transactions requiring customer service assistance—such as starting or stopping service, requesting copies of past bills, or making payment arrangements—must be completed in the lobby).

• 24 Hour Automated Account Info

SUB customers can check their utility accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by using our self-service automated system. Just call 541-744-3768 anytime to check your balance, verify your last payment, get hours of operation, find drop box locations and for other helpful information. From this number, customers can also access SUB’s pay-by-phone provider.
