Current electrical infrastructure: Olympic Substation and Springfield Substation are both about 2/3rd miles away from the “Mohawk” development area. There is physical space at these two substations to add substation transformers and feeders.
Current water infrastructure: The “Mohawk” development area is located in parts of SUB’s west and north systems and has distribution water lines in various sizes that have the capacity to serve future water demands.
